From a Single Plant
to a National Brand

National Cement Company Kenya was founded in 2010 with a vision to provide high-quality, affordable cement to every Kenyan. Starting with a single manufacturing plant in Athi River, we set out with one goal: to make quality cement accessible for every Kenyan — whether building a home in rural Kenya or a commercial block in Nairobi.

Over fifteen years, we've expanded to multiple distribution centres across Kenya, grown our production capacity to over 2 million tons annually, and established partnerships with leading construction companies and developers.

Today, Simba Cement is the preferred choice for independent homebuilders, property developers, NGO construction projects, and government infrastructure across all 47 counties.
